1. Increase to 100 Monthly Connects: This allows you to expand your opportunities to connect with potential clients and secure desired projects.
2. Upwork Chat Pro: Exclusively available to Freelancer Plus subscribers, Upwork Chat Pro is an AI-powered app utilizing GPT-4 and enriched with insights from Upwork data. It assists you in initiating and completing your tasks more efficiently.
Subscribers will automatically receive these additional benefits upon subscription renewal at the new price. If you currently have an active subscription, no further action is needed.
What It Addresses: The Freelancer Plus subscription from Upwork offers freelancers a range of benefits, including Connects and various tools. These tools enable freelancers to enhance their skills, boost their visibility, tailor their settings to expand their businesses and enhance efficiency with the assistance of AI. Upwork Chat Pro functions as a robust project assistant, aiding in brainstorming, reviewing, analyzing, writing, coding, and more, facilitating the completion of projects on Upwork more quickly and effectively.
What changed: We have revised the qualifying criteria and adjusted some of the logic in calculating our Job Success Score. These changes aim to enhance the accuracy of scores and expedite the process of matching clients with suitable independent professionals or agency talent.
How It Functions:
The Job Success Score is now displayed once freelancers have completed at least 2 projects with 2 or more clients within a 24-month period. (Priorly: Completing 4 or more projects with 2 or more clients within 24 months).
We have placed greater emphasis on public feedback in the scoring process, making it simpler for freelancers to correlate outcomes with their scores and better understand them.
What it solves: This update enhances the usefulness of Job Success Scores for clients, agencies, and freelancers. Freelancers may observe changes in their scores following this update.
